Please find the artist commitment form here for our second fundraiser for the Somerville Homeless Coalition. Our first fundraiser, held in 2010, was a sweet success, and we hope to match that this year! This is a silent auction, but friendly "bidding competitions" are encouraged, so we encourage all artists donating work to be onhand to ease negotiations!
Medium: All mediums are welcome. Max size for 2D is 48" on the long side. Musicians: we'd love your donations! If you can think of a way to donate your work in an auctionable manner, please do! Recordings, lessons, a live performance for a lucky bidder—let us know! We're open to your ideas. All 2D and 3D art must be provided ready to be installed. WSA has several pedestals for small– to medium-sized sculpture. Please see the form for specifications.
100% of art sales will be donated to the Somerville Homeless Coalition. Official tax forms will be available for those artists wishing to make their donation tax-deductible.
Submission Process: Commitment date: November 15th. Please email .jpg images of your art, and any questions about the auction, to Gretchen Graham, at email@example.com. Although not formally juried, we are reviewing work prior to accepting it in-person on 12/1. Download the application here.

Auction date: Saturday, December 12, from 6.30 p.m. – 9.30 p.m. in the gallery at 321 Washington Street, Somerville, MA 02143
Gallery hours are Noon – 4 p.m. December 5, 12, and 19 (Saturdays).
Art pick up: December 28, 2015 between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, and in no case later than January 4, 2016, between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m
